About Healing Milk
Healing Milk is a research and education initiative dedicated to exploring the emerging science of human milk bioactives and their potential roles in human wellness. Our work brings together compassion, scientific curiosity, and community advocacy to illuminate what is possible when we understand human milk through a modern,
evidence-informed lens.
Our Mission
To advance public understanding of human milk’s complex bioactive components through education, research, and community support.
We aim to make evidence-informed information accessible while encouraging ethical, safe, and compassionate milk-sharing and milk-support practices.
Our Vision
A future where human milk is recognized not only as nourishment for infants, but as a uniquely complex, biologically active substance deserving of thoughtful study, ethical sharing, and informed public dialogue.

Our Story
Healing Milk was born from a deep respect for the profound biological intelligence of human milk and the families who share, receive, and rely on it. What began as a personal journey into understanding milk composition, donor ethics, and emerging bioactive research has grown into a broader initiative dedicated to education, safety, and scientific exploration.
We believe that compassionate community action and credible research can coexist—and that together, they create a foundation for responsible public learning and innovation.
